R.A.I.S.E. Program
RAISE, Recognition Award Investment Spurs Effort, is a program designed to assist businesses, schools, and organizations to implement appropriate recognition programs. We invite you to learn why our RAISE motto is : No Stress. No Worry. Only Applause.
A good recognition program is the best way to communicate what is most important for your employees to accomplish.
Business owners and managers have enough stress just running a business. You know you need to recognize employees who excel at their jobs. But do you really have the time to find the right award, get it ordered, figure out what to say on it, and present it in a timely manner when you’ve got a desk full already?
We’ll help. With the RAISE program, we’ll meet one time and figure out what types of recognition items will be needed for the year ahead for different times that awards are usually presented. We’ll digitize your logo and have the items in stock so that when you need an award, most of the work is already done, we’ll just need the name, and information to finish your recognition item. That way, there is no stress, no worry. You’ll enjoy the presentation as much as the recipient, so enjoy the applause!
We’ll send out quarterly newsletters filled with great stories from recipients, tips on presentations, ideas for goal setting, and more reasons to present recognition to employees who excel at their job.
Award presentation tip:
Before the award presentation, order the award well in advance. Plan a special presentation. Notify the media or assign someone to take photographs and submit them to the local paper or include in the next company newsletter. Practice your speech and the presentation.
The presentation should include an explanation of what the award stands for and any tradition associated to the award. Explain why this person was chosen for the honor. Offer some interesting background on the individual. Hold the award as if it was valuable… it is! Bring the recipient up after the introduction. Present the award with your left hand and shake hands with your right. Offer congratulations. Pause long enough for photographs to be taken and the person to have time in the spotlight. Publish the photo in some manner, and give a copy to the recipient.
